Pretty Pilger Physettes

Hey Girls - here we go and a 1 and 2 and lift those legs, pump those arms, strut those booties.

I challenge everyone to make a list of all the exercise equipment they have in their house. Then make a plan of how and when to use them all weekly. This will be a big challenge for me but it's always been a goal.

I love the second idea of doing our own thing and ending up in Jalayne's hot tub. Do we really have to exercise though?? Loved the vote of "do I have to get off the couch"? I think this sounds like fun. Do we have to get cute exercise outfits and mats, etc? Can't wait to hear from everyone else.

Hey, glad to see Kathy got a message through. I will give it another try.
So far most votes are unbiased, however, the hot tub is a hit!!!
How does everyone feel about a Feb. 1 start date. Which ever program we do would be Feb1- May 1.

Girls, I do think that it would be a lot more fun if we did it on our own. We can do this!! No we don't need to have cute exercise clothes and no we don't need exercise mats in my eyes. Hope to hear from more of you soon!

I vote for skipping everything and going right to the hot tub!
I wish I had my W-P green & white PE outfit. (Of course it wouldn't fit!)
Exercise equipment??? I have enough to start my own gym!

Hey LeeAnn welcome on board. I do agree - straight to the hot tub for me at least once I get my work done tonight. I don't think I have my high school pe outfit either - it was a one piece with blue strips - OMG - how awful. It might fit one leg now! So girls - what about we try and do something physical at the church soon. Even if it's just walking around inside the church up and down to the basement while chatting. We could work on our activity list and make it more realistic. I'm booked in the morning out of town though and hope to have a kid afternoon. We could meet at 1:00 this time maybe even though morning would probably work better most of the time. Let's get started even though it's not Feb. 1st yet.

Oh Goodness Leeann, did you have to bring up that WP PE outfit. Oh it was bad!! I wonder if my Mom still has mine :)
So we need to see who all could meet Saturday at 1:00 so we can at least get somewhat organized and do a little bootie shaken.
Jalayne commented today on making the tracking sheet more simplified than the one from N-lighten NE, so will see what we can come up with.
I think we should do before and after pictures so we can see the end results come May. :) Then in May we will take another in our bikinis at the Hot tub. Yea..right!!
So obvioulsy, we are doing our own thing and Not the Nlighten program. I am assuming everyone is good with that.
Has anyone seen or talked to Teena? I haven't heard back from her.
Everyone please respond so we can find out who can make it Saturday.
If Sat works, bring you workout DVD's & smallish equipment and Leeann, could you please bring your digital scale?

LeeAnn - I've invited more but haven't heard from them. As far as I'm concerned you can forget the scale but that's just me. I don't think that should be part of the goals that we keep track of myself. We can go to Weight Watchers to do that - ha.

Sorry I missed our first day of exercise. Unexpected family stuff. Wish I had a WP gym outfit...
