Activity Tracker

I've updated the Tracker per some feedback from Roxie. We narrowed it down quite a bit. Look in the comments for the updated Tracker. There is also a form to use if you want which I can email upon request. See notes from first meeting under Get Togethers.

Conversion rates for steps and miles (5 pt. each)
Walking: 3,000 steps or 1.5 miles = 5 pt.
Running: One mile = 5 pt.
Bicycling: Four miles = 5 pt.
Swimming: 500 yards = 5 pt.

Conversion rates for physical activity minutes (5 pt. each)
1. Physical Work or Play Level 1 (30 min. - 5 pt.)
House cleaning, dancing playing with kids, horseback riding, sledding
yard work, snow shoveling, mowing yard
2. Team Sports (10 min. = 5 pt.) Volleyball, basketball
3. Individual Sports (10 min. - 5 pt) weight lifting, rollerblade, golf, bowling
4. Workouts (10 min. - 5 pt.)

Bonus Points for Nutrition (1 pt. each)
1. Eat 5 fruits
2. Eat 5 vegetables
3. Drink 2-3 cups of milk or equivalent
4. Drink 6-8 glasses of water
5. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night
