Catch Us Exercising Part 2

Update for Week of Feb. 18th
Mon., Thurs., Fri. at 7:00 p.m.
Sat. at 9 :00 am and Sun. at 3:00 pm.
Tues. - church is busy.

Our normal schedule so far has been:
Mon., Tues, Thurs, & Fri. 7:00 pm
Sat. at 9 :00 am and Sun. at 3:00 pm.

Starting a new area with exercise info. Things are going great with a number of us getting together often so if you've not been there yet (we know Kathy is busy with her mom and LeeAnn is off on her vacation) come join us. We've been enjoying the comments from LeeAnn on her trip - how fun.

We've been getting together more than we had originally planned which is awesome. We've did Pilates today which was new to me and others. We've done Buns of Steel - thanks Amber - ha and of course my infamous 1990's Cosmo tapes with the skinny witches. Some of us have gotten balls so we'll attempt that soon as well.

I picked up an extra ball today just in case someone else wants one. I was right there and couldn't resist. It's $10. Didn't realize how bad the last statement was on my last comment about some of us getting balls but oh well. See you Sunday at 3 for those that can make it.

I must admit I was tempted this week to NOT exercise on several(7) occasions, but due to the commitment to the PPP I put my hour in 6 out of 7 days. I'm also going to be looking at what I'm stuffing in my mouth because in spite of exercise I'm not dropping any pounds. I can tell because my bra size is the same. This reminds me of AA, "My name is LaRayne, and I'm a foodaholic...."

Good morning! This is going to be a bad week for exercising but a good one for food with the church dinner tonight and the Valentine's Dinner Thurs. night. Sounds like at least 4 of us are going to the Valentine fun - hard to beat a good time at the Senior Centor - ha.
3 of us busted our butts last night on a 45 min. tape -whew. I hear Amber & Becky may go Thurs. night and perhaps more of us can go Friday night and Sat.

Good morning! Good for you 3 dedicated PPP's that made it last night!!
You know that song by Amy Winehouse "Rehab" that took the song of the year at the Grammy's?....Well, I am in Chocolate Rehab. I have made up my own words to the song.....I wanna give up chocolate....I say yea, yea , yea!
I did a different workout dvd yesterday morning. "Pliates ....
on the Ball for beginners"
Beginner my butt :) I will bring it next time I make it to the church for those who want to try it.

Ok, so I'll be eating 'out' three times this week: Tuesday, Wednesday Lent, and Thursday V'day... So, count me in on Friday... and I did do the pilates tape again on Sunday before church... Steven walked into the living room, "You look like your mother!" (Ok, so I did... she has to do exercises on the floor, and since I'm a cookie cutter of her anyhow...)
I'll think of you all as you work out and I eat out... Aren't calories burned in praying? Maybe I'll volunteer to do kitchen duty... or run the stairs at St. Luke's! :)

Don't forget tonight at 7:00. We need to make up for lost time. Bring your balls if you have them (I know that just never sounds right). Courtney bring my DVD if you get this. I know I"m feeling it from not gettin' to the church and especially after eating the yummy meal last night. It looks like the Blog has changed just just do Anonymous but put your name on the comment. - Jalayne
